Yes, after some entries in xorg.conf..
But on my iBookG3-600 it's far too slow, eventhough DRI is working. And the shadows are still buggy.
Switching desktops took over 5 seconds.

I have a post February Powerbook with the Nvidia graphics. When I add in
Code:
Section "Extensions"
        Option "Composite" "Enable"
        Option "RenderAccel" "true"
EndSection
Enable translucency and restart X I end up with a message saying Composite extension not found. Now what are the chances of me getting nvidia drivers installed ? :-(
