I have been trying to get right click working for the last 2 days. I am not sure what I can do from here. So far I have tryed the
Code:
# Enable mouse button emulation
dev.mac_hid.mouse_button_emulation = 1
# Set 2nd button to 87 - F11
dev.mac_hid.mouse_button2_keycode = 87
# Set 3rd button to 88 - F12
dev.mac_hid.mouse_button3_keycode = 88
which from what I have read fails in the 2.6 kernel, which is the kernel I am running. I have tried mouseemu, which didn't working at all.
Right now I am look for something so that I can get right click to work on my powerbook G4. Any help would be great.

This works fine in 2.6 kernels. Please check the PPC FAQ.

I was following the FAQ and the errors that I get are
Code:
error: "dev.mac_hid.mouse_button_emulation" is an unknown key
error: "dev.mac_hid.mouse_button2_keycode" is an unknown key
error: "dev.mac_hid.mouse_button3_keycode" is an unknown key

that is the errors that i get on boot. Also there is no sys dir in my proc dir. I know that the FAQ was talking about that. Not sure if I am missing something in my kernel or something. Also from the FAQ i have the parts it tells me to complie into my kernel.

As it says in the section above (in the FAQ), you need to have these options enabled in your kernel.

[*] Apple Desktop Bus (ADB) support
[*] Use input layer for ADB devices
[*] Support for mouse button 2+3 emulation

Do you have sysctl support turned on?

CONFIG_SYSCTL=y

That was it. I need to add CONFIG_SYSCTL=y to my kernel config.

Thank you again for the help.
