Hi i wonder how to rebuild whole system couse of flags changes like CFLAGS..

is it emerge -e system && emerge -e world ???

Just emerge -e world. I'd rebuild the toolchain first though. There's a script around.. *digs up link once again*

emerge -e system && emerge -e world is not bad at all.

At fast computers emerge -e system does not take too long, and rebuilding all the packages after your toolchain is up to date, is a good idea. :)

Yes, but it's a waste. Rebuild your toolchain and then world using the script, it's much faster. If you do system then world, it'll rebuild all system packages, including the toolchain, in an incorrect order, and then it'll rebuild them all over again when you emerge world.
