Just as the title says. I have read that, in addition to OS X, mol can run just about any OS
that works on PPC. For example, morphos. Does anyone know how to go about this?

AFAIK mol initially provided (or still provides) UML (user-mode Linux) and as an intentional side-effect it also is able to execute MacOS as a Linux process (within Linux). The homepage of mol does not say anything anymore about the support of other OSes beside MacOS, though it may still support to "boot" a Linux kernel. UML is to test new (and possibly buggy) kernel features within a safe sandbox of a Linux process for testing purposes.

Though, I don't know enough about MorphOS to answer your question - but maybe the information above helps you.

The OS that you want to run in MOL must have support for the MOL devices. There is a patched linux kernel for this and the drivers for OS9/OSX are provided with MOL. I don't think other OSes have driver support for it.
