I'm looking the best UML tool for Gnome "not masked" I don't want to use UML tool for KDE.

I don't think there even is one. At all. Dia has a few UML stencils but is not really a UML modeling program. Your only option is probably to install Umbrello or Poseidon.

Edit: There is only one UML tool for GNOME I can find: Gaphor. It looks pretty primitive compared to other tools (that is real UML tools, not Dia), and it isn't even in portage at all. You can compile it yourself or try a live CD of something else to see if you like it. It is available for Debian, FreeBSD, or Fedora at least.

Gaphor is a rather nice tools, there's also codegen I think (http://forge.novell.com/modules/xfmod/project/?codegen)

Try Sun Java Studio 8 Enterprise. It's a free download at http://java.sun.com (requires registration in SDN).

Of course, if you're brave enough... ;)

I often use Poseidon Community Edition, you might want to try it. It's written in Java and is available in portage (poseidonCE). ;)

Another option, of course, is to create an ebuild and submit it to bugzilla.
