cdrecord is the usual way to do it. Just emerge app-cdr/cdrecord-prodvd and the read the man page.

I use gnomebaker, and it does the job just fine. k3b for kde users, though. ;)

Graveman is the fastest and easiest program I have ever used in any OS to burn a cd (and still maintain control over important things the fs browser systems seem to ignore).
