I'm installing gentoo in debian.
I use portage-20060131.tar.bz2, stage1-x86-2005.1.tar.bz2 and my make.conf.

A more descriptive subject title will probably get you more interest. As for your problem, I don't know. Have you tried using -O2 instead of -O3?

Cheers,
Andrew

My english is terrible.
I have changed from -O3 on -O2.

I've made emerge sync and emerge -e system!

Bootstrap proceeds without problem, but in emerge system (stage 2 think I right?) error appears

/var/log/emerge.log
Quote:

1140134436: >>> emerge (16 of 137) perl-core/Test-Simple-0.62 to /
1140134436: === (16 of 137) Cleaning (perl-core/Test-Simple-0.62::/usr/portage/perl-core/Test-Simple/Test-Simple-0.62.ebuild)
1140134441: *** terminating.

I try uses:
emerge -o libperl (it's ok)
emerge -o perl (error)

Could it be related to these?

https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-424392-highlight-.html
https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-381108-highlight-.html
https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-422773-highlight-.html

Seems to be a problem when doing a stage 1 install.

How about

Code:
emerge --oneshot --nodeps perl

I read these texts but they've not been helped to dispose errors!

Just same as
Code:
emerge -oneshot perl

emerge -e system is flying now! (emerge (16 of 180) sys-kernel/linux-headers-2.6.11-r3)
