Installing Java in Firefox

i downloaded IBMJava2-JRE-142.ppc64.tgz from the IBM website and i cant find out what to do with it next...

fyi- i am on a PS3

There is no java plugin with IBM's 1.4 java. There is one included with the 1.5 versions on ppc32, I'm not sure about the ppc64 version.

OK I look at ibm 1.5 for ppc64 and this not have java plugin ... how I can install java for ppc at 64bits env ?
