Can anybody give me compiled openoffice 2 for ibook G4, with english and no kde/gnome.

Thank you but I get some error. I placed the tbz2 in /usr/portage/packages/All, then ran fixpackages and then did emerge /usr/...

That should work for you. -k or -K should work the same in this case.

I have only the ebuild for 2.2.1 in by my portage.

That's correct. I have been trolling the gentoo cvs to find the ebuild for 2.0.4,
here is the link

Copy that into a local overlay, I just hope you don't have to get a manifest for it to pull a binary package.
If you need the manifest the top lines of this link should do
Manifest
