File size is wrong for the "dev-java/sun-jdk-1.6.0.07" for amd64 arch. So it tries to download the file (jdk-6u7-dlj-linux-amd64.bin) over an over again.
Reason: Filesize does not match recorded size
!! Got: 71703415
!! Expected: 51577458
Btw, portage version works fine.

Edit: Now works. Thanks.

Try to resync your portage tree and if the problem persists, go to https://bugs.gentoo.org/ and file a bug!

It is a bug that belongs to zen-overlay maintainers. Because the ebuild in portage already works fine. So not a bug to be filed at gentoo bugzilla.
Btw, I already resynced.
