Hi All,

i'm trying to get Exchange 2007 support into evolution by compiling brutus, however i cannot find a good manual to follow on how to configure and install brutus on gentoo.

Anybody know of a good way of doing this?

If you have a good alternative to brutus that will allow me to use the required features of exchange (calendering, todo list, mail, contacts) without using OWA it will be welcome too.

Thanks,

Marcel

Well, install the Brutus server on some Windows server, and on the Gentoo machine install Evolution via portage, and evolution-brutus with the ebuild from https://bugs.gentoo.org/144629

The only alternative I'm aware of, is openchange's libmapi and the evolution-mapi provider. See http://openchange.org/
It's usable for mail, but quite unstable here.
