I realize that you pretty much have to compile your own apps to run boinc projects on ppc64. I'm currently running Enigma and I managed to compile a FreeHAL app. I also managed to get a working Seti app compiled as well as a couple other things. I have found no released app until now. The project admin of WUProp@Home allowed me to compile his app on my pSeries Power3 and he released it. I compiled it with the CXXFLAGS -mcpu=powerpc64 -mtune=powerpc64 to make sure it was a generic app that should work on IBM Power as well as 64-bit Macs. If anyone wants to try any apps for projects that I compiled, let me know. I also compiled MilkyWay and Einstein, but my 400MHz processor is too slow to complete a work unit in MilkyWay, now.

I put ~ppc64 in my package.keywords file for sci-misc/boinc. That, installs boinc 6.10.36.

Send me a PM with email address if you want me to email the apps I'm using. I'll include the app_info.xml and any other file that's needed.
