It runs fine, until you try reverting to a snapshot.
http://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/6803

If you try reverting, say goodbye to your VM, at least as far back as the primary disk image is concerned.

Sorry to hear that mate. But lucky I don't use snapshots. Though they are handy.

The dude in that ticket was asking for trouble. Everything he did was playing with fire. I daily restore a VM from a snapshot (because that's the fastest way to boot it) and its not borked with 3.2.

I am not saying its not a problem but I can always find easier ways to bork stuff.

BTW: deleting a snapshot while running the VM is a new feature and likely not tested.

FYI: 3.2.2 does not address the snapshot issue in it's list of fixes.

I am not moving on to 3.2.2. either.

Let's face it, 3.2.0 was the 'Oracle re-badge' release.

Have you looked at the Changelog? There are some massive changes in 3.2.

True enough I guess. So many changes that it broke.

This is fixed in 3.2.4.

@OP: please add SOLVED to your subject so that people do get the scoop.

How did you figure that the problem was fixed?

The problem was in 3.2.0, no changes in the changelog make any mention of fixing the problem since then and the http://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/6803 ticket is still open.
