basically following the e17 howto on http://overlays.gentoo.org/dev/vapier/wiki/enlightenment and referencing http://en.gentoo-wiki.com/wiki/E17 but keep getting stopped on e_dbus by this error

Code:
checking for EDBUS... configure: error: Package requirements (ecore >= 0.9.9 eina-0 dbus-1 >= 0.62) were not met:

No package 'eina-0' found

I emerged eina-1.0.0_beta from enlightenment overlay and still cant progress.

Ideas?

ok moving on now. I scrapped the /etc/portage/package.keywords symlink and started putting all the e17 stuff into my standard package.keywords file with ** and managed to install everything but x11-wm/enlightenment which stop due to eina-0 again.

Code:
checking for doxygen... yes
checking for x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-pkg-config... no
checking for pkg-config... /usr/bin/pkg-config
checking pkg-config is at least version 0.9.0... yes
checking for E_REMOTE... configure: error: Package requirements (
  ecore
  ecore-ipc
  eet >= 1.2.3
  eina-0
) were not met:

No package 'eina-0' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables E_REMOTE_CFLAGS
and E_REMOTE_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

on my end it failed with missing eha package, whatever it is.

i must add that i forcefully stripped out hal useflag requirement on e_dbus or some other e17 package, so that might be the cause of the problem.
