When copying/moving files in dolphin to a reiser4 partition the destination file is empty.

Does anyone else have this issue or more importantly use reiser4 and not have this issue?

Moved from Desktop Environments to Unsupported Software as reiser 4 is not supported.

No. Just you are the only user using reiser4 and dolphin. Better use krusader instead of dolphin.

Maybe it's the new aops problem, report it to reiserfs-devel and try r4 2.6.35 + fixup from last posts in my sig.
Writing from mobile, so I can't find patch myself :)

I tried the patch you mentioned and unfortunately it had no effect. I'm waiting for r4 for 2.6.36, hopefully that will fix it.

I'm using reiser4 and I just copied ~130MB file to reiser4 partition using Dolphin successfully. I'm using 2.6.32 though since I had weird issues with reiser4 and 33+.

EDIT: Ah, well, I didn't notice you were talking about KDE 4.5.x, I have 4.4.5.

Bug not reported = bug not repaired

I emailed Edward directly a little over a week ago asking if it is a known bug and he confirmed it was. So wait and see I guess.
