so, i emerged the adobe air sdk and ran the pandora one desktop installer. the app ran just fine and that was that.

now, however, i'm trying to run the .air application via the command line and it's not working.

if i just run it plain, i get this:
Code:
patrick@blackbox ~ $ /opt/Adobe/AirSDK/bin/adl /opt/Adobe/AirSDK/apps/pandora_2_0_5.air
Xlib:  extension "RANDR" missing on display ":0.0".
Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "canberra-gtk-module": libcanberra-gtk-module.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "gnomesegvhandler": libgnomesegvhandler.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
application descriptor not found

if i run it following these instructions, i get this:
Code:
patrick@blackbox ~ $ /opt/Adobe/AirSDK/bin/adl -nodebug /opt/Adobe/AirSDK/apps/pandora_2_0_5/META-INF/AIR/application.xml /opt/Adobe/AirSDK/apps/pandora_2_0_5.air
Xlib:  extension "RANDR" missing on display ":0.0".
Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "canberra-gtk-module": libcanberra-gtk-module.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "gnomesegvhandler": libgnomesegvhandler.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
initial content not found

the odd thing is, if i let firefox run it (download the installer from pandora's website and let firefox decide how it gets opened), it works just fine. any ideas?
