I followed the youtube video to install Gentoo manually as:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6XbEJoR-ypo

The minimal installation still miss many things that are included in the liveDVD boot, there will be a lot of manual work to do to get a fully working system like liveDVD. Is there a GUI installation wizard similar to Ubuntu for installation?

Yes. You need a wizard's hat and a mirror. Put the hat on and look into mirror. There it is.
On a more serious note, there cannot be such a thing.
Gentoo is a DIY GNU/Linux. In other words, you build your own Linux using the tools provided by Gentoo. A GUI install as for Ubuntu will give you just that - Ubuntu.

Although that's technically feasible, and it's even been done, it's not that easy, and it's not recommended. Installing Gentoo via the Handbook method starts you towards the skills you need to maintain your Gentoo install.

I wish I could program. I'd like to try to make such an installer. I think about it every time someone asks for one.

Alright, I have already installed mini gentoo system including kernel and x server. But I could not install jdk 1.5, if you guys are experts, then help me in this post. https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-929998.html

The reason I have to install jdk 1.5 is i need to flash Linux on Nvidia Tegra 250 Developer kit following http://dev.gentoo.org/~armin76/arm/tegra2/install.xml

I am a software developer who have spent a lot of time on Linux system installation, all I need is run my software application on a ARM device. If Gentoo takes too much time to solve my problem, then I will have to go back to Ubuntu, i may even need to buy another ARM device with Linux installation.

In the end of day, I could get the other job title like Linux administrator, haha
