Code:
emerge gentoolkit

 * IMPORTANT: 1 news items need reading for repository 'gentoo'.
 * Use eselect news to read news items.

Calculating dependencies... done!

!!! All ebuilds that could satisfy "virtual/python-argparse" have been masked.
!!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request:
- virtual/python-argparse-1::gentoo (masked by: invalid: RDEPEND: USE flag 'python_targets_python2_5' referenced in conditional 'python_targets_python2_5?' is not in IUSE)
- virtual/python-argparse-0::gentoo (masked by: invalid: RDEPEND: USE flag 'python_targets_python2_5' referenced in conditional 'python_targets_python2_5?' is not in IUSE)

(dependency required by "app-portage/gentoolkit-0.3.0.7" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "gentoolkit" [argument])

man page or refer to the Gentoo Handbook.

This is probably only a small part of your problem, but in your /etc/portage/make.conf, you have ACCEPT_KEYWORD="~amd64" but assuming that is what you want, you are missing an S. It should be ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~amd64"

Once you make that change, see if you can get farther and please report back. The output of 'emerge --info' will be important for people to help you better. (Your make.conf's USE line was incomplete, see the $ at the end? This is because you copied from an editor. Don't worry, your 'emerge --info' tells everything we need to know to start.)

I hope this helps you.

ok,Thanks!

Code:
emerge -uDN world

 * IMPORTANT: 1 news items need reading for repository 'gentoo'.
 * Use eselect news to read news items.

 * IMPORTANT: config file '/etc/portage/package.accept_keywords' needs updating.
 * See the CONFIGURATION FILES section of the emerge
 * man page to learn how to update config files.
Calculating dependencies... done!

!!! Multiple package instances within a single package slot have been pulled
!!! into the dependency graph, resulting in a slot conflict:

media-libs/libpng:0

  (media-libs/libpng-1.6.3-r1::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge) pulled in by
    >=media-libs/libpng-1.6.2:0= required by (app-text/ghostscript-gpl-9.10::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge)

  (media-libs/libpng-1.5.15::gentoo, installed) pulled in by
    media-libs/libpng:0/0= required by (media-libs/jbig2dec-0.11-r1::gentoo, installed)

It may be possible to solve this problem by using package.mask to
prevent one of those packages from being selected. However, it is also
possible that conflicting dependencies exist such that they are
impossible to satisfy simultaneously.  If such a conflict exists in
the dependencies of two different packages, then those packages can
not be installed simultaneously.

For more information, see MASKED PACKAGES section in the emerge man
page or refer to the Gentoo Handbook.

!!! The ebuild selected to satisfy "net-fs/cifs-utils" has unmet requirements.
- net-fs/cifs-utils-6.1::gentoo USE="acl caps caps-ng -ads -creds -upcall"

  The following REQUIRED_USE flag constraints are unsatisfied:
    acl? ( upcall )

(dependency required by "net-fs/samba-3.6.18[client]" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "net-libs/libsoup-2.42.2-r1[samba]" [ebuild])

It says IMPORTANT because it is important! You'll get nowhere if you keep ignoring messages.
You just started transition from stable to ~arch (after you fixed that typo), be prepared to fix lots of breakages like this. Use logic and experiment. For instance, libpng and jbig2dec are not required to run Gentoo, feel free to do remove, rebuild, whatnot.
