Hi,

I was wondering how to do this since efi doesn't have any GUI and does a straight boot into the OS.

It is like the Bootmenu you get with BIOS, mostly by pressing F12, but you can add entrys by yourself.

I use EFI stub to bee into Linux directly. If you want to do multiboot with gentoo rEFInd looks like an interesting option especially with gentoo as it can set it up so that all you need to do to be able to boot a new kernel is drop it into the right place on the EFI partition.
