Hi all. I've got strange problem with my "fake" raid, please advice something...

In a system on z77 motherboard(Asrock) there are 3 disks - first SSD (sda) and 2 SATA (sdb, sdc) joined in fake raid0 (stripe) in BIOS. On SSD sda1 there is Windows8 installed together with Gentoo in sda5, 6 etc partitions with dual boot from grub2, gpt is not used, partition table is msdos. On fake raid on the moment is ntfs partition created with some data. I just wanted to join this raid from gentoo to see my files but unsuccessful because of such a problem: after loading linux kernel (doesn't matter my own or from LiveDVD) raid changes its status in bios to "failure"! Accordingly W8 doesn't see it anymore if I restart to windows. dmraid -ay notes that it has found raid0 configured as (1/2) but second disk (sdc) cannot be found. To activate raid again one have to completely switch off the computer and then turn it again to reinitialize the whole bios. I tried to turn off any raid support in kernel, but anyway after loading linux kernel raid comes in the "corrupted" state. What could it be and how to solve this problem? Thank you in advance!

I've found in dmesg log following error

..extends beyond EOD, enabling native size for sdb...

Could it be a problem, and how to prevent this one ?

If it helps, i've solved the problem by recreating raid0 not using bios tool on AsRock Exteme 6 board but mdadm with -e imsm parameter. Now both Linux and Windows are happy with this raid array, seems like it was bios problem...
