A vulnerability in VIPS could result in privilege escalation.
VIPS is a free image processing system.
Vulnerable: < 7.22.4
Unaffected: >= 7.22.4

VIPS places a zero-length directory name in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH, which
might result in the current working directory (.) to be included when
searching for dynamically linked libraries.
