Hi dear all,

I've been using switcheroo in the past and I get I've partially lost its integration settings...
My kernel strategy is to have a kernel for each profile of use I wish.
I always "tatoo" my # kernels via makefile, so my boot scripts can behave accordingly via the command
Code:
uname -a
As of today,I don"t wish to switch from one GPU to another, I simply want one of my kernel entry to match requirements for AMD GPU powering off @ boot sequence.

I've gathered some information on the subject, but I'd rather ask for your advice before the fiddling.

I don't use AMD proprietary drivers as I don't need 3D, only using open-source driver. I not against a solution that could match both worlds though.
My kernel is in 3.10.40, but I read somewhere that things could be easier with 3.12.xx and above, and I am ready to make this step forward if required.

Still I'm not sure what the right solution is... Switcheroo, Bumblebee, something else?

Any pointer to some documentation that would match my requirements?

Thanks for your attention.
