I want to use the hibernation option to quickly switch back and forth with a Windows installation.
For that I would like systemd to reboot rather than halt when it's done writing the image.

Is it possible?

Found the solution myself actually:

Add the following content to /etc/systemd/sleep.conf :
Code:

[Sleep]
HibernateMode=reboot
