I think it's a mitsumi.
this is a usb floppy.

root@sysresccd /root %
Code:
blkid /dev/sde

/dev/sde: SEC_TYPE="msdos" UUID="0AD8-C769" TYPE="vfat"

(not sure what to do with the 2 different pieces of information and the categories that don't fit with mount)

root@sysresccd /root %
Code:
umount /mnt/fd0;mount -t vfat /dev/sde /mnt/fd0;ls /dev/fd0

umount: /mnt/fd0: not mounted
ls: cannot access /dev/fd0: No such file or directory

Code:
vi /etc/fstab;grep ^/dev/sde /etc/fstab;umount /mnt/floppy;mount /dev/sde;mount|grep floppy;ls /mnt/floppy

/dev/sde /mnt/floppy vfat auto,user,owner,defaults0 0
/dev/sde on /mnt/floppy type vfat (rw,noexec,nosuid,nodev,user)

tried with and without defaults

Code:
lsusb -v
